- Full payment at the time of delivery or 90 days same as cash with auto
billing to your Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express at 30, 60
and 90 days after delivery.

2,500 per instrument for the exact same technology and model. We are a High Volume - Low overhead practice with
over 26 years of experience which allows us to discount our product prices without sacrificing quality of product or personal services to our patients.

With insurance .. plan code 104, 105, 111 or 112. You may be entitled to 2 free hearing aids valued at up to $ 3,000 a pair with no co-pay or deductible at OUR OFFICE. We accept assignment as payment in full on
selected Starkey models.
Auto Workers (UAW) Retirees and spouses:
